Air Plan Approval; West Virginia; 2020 Amendments to West Virginia's Ambient Air Quality Standards; Correction

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a final rule on September 23, 2021, to correct an error in West Virginia's Ambient Air Quality Standards, updating the incorporation by reference of national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS). The correction does not change the previously approved incorporation by reference, only the effective date.
