EPA Submits Proposed Extension of NESHAP for Metal Furniture Surface Coating ICR to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a proposed extension of its information collection request (ICR) for NESHAP for Metal Furniture Surface Coating to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The ICR, currently set to expire on April 30, 2022, will now allow for an additional 30 days for public comments.
