Air Plan Approval; Missouri; Restriction of Emissions Credit for Reduced Pollutant Concentrations From the Use of Dispersion Techniques

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by Missouri, which aims to limit the use of dispersion techniques to meet ambient air quality standards near major sources of air pollution. The proposed approval is in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements.
