EPA Approves Connecticut State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Connecticut, which determines that there are no oil and gas facilities within its borders subject to the 2016 Control Technique Guideline (CTG) for the industry.
