EPA Takes Direct Final Action to Update Delegation of New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants in Arizona and California

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to update the Code of Federal Regulations delegation tables to reflect the current delegation status of New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants in Arizona and California.
