EPA Approves Delaware State Plan to Reduce Volatile Organic Compounds Emissions from Mobile Equipment Repair and Refinishing

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions from mobile equipment repair and refinishing activities in the state.
