Ukraine Designated for Temporary Protected Status

The Department of Homeland Security has designated Ukraine for Temporary Protected Status for 18 months, allowing eligible Ukrainian nationals to apply for the designation, which is effective from April 19, 2022, or later, and set to expire on October 19, 2023.
