US Coast Guard Withdraws Proposed Rule for Nanticoke River Special Local Regulation

The US Coast Guard has withdrawn its proposed rule to establish temporary special local regulations for certain waters of the Nanticoke River in Maryland, as the event sponsor has canceled the power boat racing event.
