Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement and Hold Public Scoping Meetings on the 2021 Endangered Species Act Reinitiation of Section 7 Consultation on the Long-Term Operation of the Central Valley Project and State Water Project

The Bureau of Reclamation plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to analyze potential modifications to the Long-Term Operation of the Central Valley Project (CVP) and the State Water Project (SWP). The public is invited to provide input on alternatives and topics to be addressed in the EIS.
