Medicaid Program: Implementation of Section 614 of the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 for Adjustments to the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage for Medicaid Federal Matching Funds

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will use a new methodology to determine if and how much the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) for Medicaid needs to be adjusted for states, starting from fiscal year 2006.
