Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustments; Annual Adjustments

The Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance require annual adjustments to Bureau of Indian Affairs civil monetary penalties to account for inflation. The rule provides for these adjustments.
