APHIS Modifies Smuggling Interdiction and Trade Compliance System to Exempt from Privacy Act

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is modifying its Smuggling Interdiction and Trade Compliance System to exempt it from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended.
