U.S. Navy Requests Permission to Take Marine Mammals in Gulf of Alaska

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a proposal to allow the U.S. Navy to incidentally take marine mammals during training activities in the Gulf of Alaska Study Area, as mandated by the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
