Bureau of Industry and Security to Implement Controls on Four Emerging Technologies

The Bureau of Industry and Security is revising its Export Administration Regulations to implement controls on four emerging technologies, including ultra-wide bandgap semiconductors and Electronic Computer Aided Design software, as agreed upon by participating governments in the Wassenaar Arrangement.
