NMFS Makes Preliminary Determination on Exempted Fishing Permit Application
The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Greater Atlantic Region, NMFS, has deemed an Exempted Fishing Permit application submitted by the Gulf of Maine Research Institute sufficient for further review, in accordance with the Magnuson-Stevens Act.
