NYSE Chicago, Inc. Files Proposed Rule Change for New Procedural Rules

NYSE Chicago, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to adopt rules 10.9216(b) and 10.9217, modeled after its affiliates' rules, and received accelerated approval. The new rules will cover investigation, disciplinary, sanction, and other procedural rules.
