SEC Adopts EDGAR Filing Requirements and Form 144 Filings Rule Amendments

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is adopting rule and form amendments to mandate electronic filing of certain documents, including annual reports and foreign private issuer reports, on its EDGAR system, and to require the use of Inline XBRL for financial statement filings.
