Agency Information Collection Activities; Notice of Approval of Information Collection Requirements

The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for new information collection requirements related to the Legal Expense Fund Regulation, as outlined in a final rule published in the Federal Register on May 25, 2023, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
