US Department of Transportation Proposes Update to FAA System of Records Notice

The US Department of Transportation proposes to rename and update a system of records notice related to small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) authorizations, allowing the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to collect records on individuals operating sUAS in controlled airspace or outside of CFR requirements.
