Guam Revises Approved Primacy Program for Safe Drinking Water

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Guam's revised approved primacy program under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), which aligns with the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The revised program will take effect after a public hearing process.
