SEC Reopens Comment Period for Safeguarding Advisory Client Assets Proposal

The Securities and Exchange Commission is reopening the comment period for its proposal to redesignate and amend the current custody rule under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, following the adoption of the private fund adviser audit rule.
