Fair Market Rents for the Housing Choice Voucher Program, Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program, and Other Programs; Fiscal Year 2024

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published the Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for various housing programs, including the Housing Choice Voucher Program and the Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program, for Fiscal Year 2024. The FMRs are calculated annually and must be adjusted to be effective on October 1 of each year, as required by the Housing Opportunities Through Modernization Act of 2016.
