MSPB Proposes New System of Records for Emergency Alert System

The U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) is proposing a new system of records, MSPB-4, to collect and maintain information for emergency response to critical events, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and physical locations.
