VA Modifies Veterans Enterprise Management System (VEMS) System of Records

The US Department of Veterans Affairs is modifying its VEMS system, which provides resources for market research on Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, and supports the management of responsibilities under the 1999 Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act.
