Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River

The US Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety zone along the Upper Mississippi River at Mile Marker 476.6 to protect against hazards from a power line crossing project, and entry is restricted to authorized personnel and vessels.
