OPM Issues Final Regulations on Hiring Process for Federal Employment

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has issued final regulations governing the hiring process for federal employment, including the timing of criminal history information collection and complaint procedures, in an effort to implement the Fair Chance to Compete for Jobs Act of 2019.
