U.S. Copyright Office Proposes Rule Update for Electronic Deposits of Published Works

The U.S. Copyright Office is proposing to update its regulation for electronic deposits of published works submitted to the Library of Congress, expanding categories and maintaining limited on-site access for selected groups.
