EPA Extends Comment Period for Used Drum Management and Reconditioning Rule

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is extending the public comment period for its Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on used drum management and reconditioning until November 22, 2023, following requests for additional time from stakeholders.
