EPA Proposes to Rescind System of Records SCORPIOS

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to rescind the Superfund Cost Recovery Package Imaging and On-Line System (SCORPIOS) due to the replacement by the e-Recovery system of records.
