HUD Corrects Fair Market Rents Notice for Fiscal Year 2024

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has corrected a notice in the Federal Register, which initially stated that revised Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for fiscal year 2024 would take effect on October 1, 2024, but now states that they will actually take effect on October 1, 2023.
