HHS Re-establishes Data Exchange Program for Citizenship and Immigration Status Verification

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is re-establishing a data exchange program with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to verify US citizenship and immigration status for eligibility determinations, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
