Shell Offshore Inc. Gets Extended Marine Mammal Authorization in Gulf of Mexico

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has extended the expiration date of a Letter of Authorization (LOA) for Shell Offshore Inc. to take marine mammals incidental to geophysical surveys in the Gulf of Mexico, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
