EPA Submits ICR for Equipment Leaks of VOC in Petroleum Refineries for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, proposing a renewal of the NSPS for Equipment Leaks of VOC in Petroleum Refineries, with a current approval period set to expire on September 30, 2023. Public comments on the request are now being accepted until August 21, 2023.
