U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indonesia Wind Towers Sold Below Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that utility scale wind towers from Indonesia were sold at less than normal value during the period of review from August 1, 2021, to July 31, 2022, and invites interested parties to comment on the preliminary results.
