U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Dumping of Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe and Tube from Mexico

The Commerce Department has found that Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. and Tecnicas de Fluidos S.A. de C.V. sold LWRPT from Mexico at less than normal value during the period of review, August 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022.
