Bureau of Land Management Announces Availability of Draft Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Land Management has made available a draft environmental impact statement for the Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
