EPA Seeks Public Input on Proposed Interim Consent Decree and Settlement Agreement in Northwest Environmental Advocates v. EPA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public input on a proposed interim consent decree and proposed interim settlement agreement in response to a lawsuit filed by Northwest Environmental Advocates, alleging EPA's failure to develop Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) to address Washington's impaired waters list.
