EPA Proposes Consent Decree on Clean Water Act Claim

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public input on a proposed consent decree in a lawsuit filed by the Center for Biological Diversity and Friends of the Earth against the EPA, alleging failure to establish national standards for discharges from large commercial vessels under the Clean Water Act.
