Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule for Brawleys Fork Crayfish and Designation of Critical Habitat

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule under the Endangered Species Act to list the Brawleys Fork crayfish as threatened and designate critical habitat. The rule, which went into effect on March 19, 2020, implements Section 4(d) of the Act to protect the species from extinction.
