HHS Re-establishes Matching Program for Veterans Health Administration Plans

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is re-establishing a matching program between the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to verify eligibility for minimum essential coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) through Veterans Health Administration (VHA) plans, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
