U.S. Department of Commerce Finds Chinese Company Sold Graphite Electrodes at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that Fushun Jinly Petrochemical Carbon Co., Ltd. made sales of small diameter graphite electrodes from China at less than normal value during the 2021-2022 period of review.
