EPA Releases MOVES4 Motor Vehicle Emissions Model for Official Use Outside California

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made the latest version of its state-of-the-science modeling tool, MOVES4, available for official use outside of California, starting a two-year transition period before it becomes the required emissions model for transportation conformity determinations.
