FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for MHI RJ Aviation Aircraft

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a new airworthiness directive (AD) to address an unsafe condition on certain MHI RJ Aviation aircraft models, following a report of a passenger seat Y-belt being installed incorrectly due to an outdated maintenance manual.
