EPA Proposes Amendments to NESHAP to Address HAP Additions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to amend the General Provisions for National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) to address applicability and compliance issues related to newly added hazardous air pollutants (HAP) under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
