Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review: Gravesite Reservation Questionnaire

The National Cemetery Administration, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is submitting a collection of information about gravesite reservations to the Office of Management and Budget for review and comment, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
