Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations to Clarify Software Release Provisions

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has made a technical correction to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to clarify the release of software, including source code and object code, and to address an ambiguity in the regulations.
