FMCSA Exempts 21 Individuals with Epilepsy from Commercial Driver Requirements

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to 21 individuals with epilepsy who have had seizures and are taking anti-seizure medication, allowing them to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce.
