Texas Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Plan and Regulations Amendment

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is approving an amendment to the Texas abandoned mine land reclamation plan and regulations under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA or the Act), in response to a request from Texas to improve the readability and efficiency of the document.
