Missouri Approves AML Plan Amendment

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has approved an amendment to Missouri's Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Fund and Abandoned Mine Reclamation and Restoration regulations, in response to the Governor of Missouri's executive orders, to improve clarity and reduce redundant sections.
