PHMSA Extends Comment Period for Hazardous Materials Regulations Modernization

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rulemaking on modernizing hazardous materials regulations by 60 days, from July 5, 2023, to December 4, 2023, in response to a request from the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association.
